Yes Greg a stocked New Jersey Trout from the Ringwood Brook .It sure has the color of a holdover though! Ringwood Brook is a historical water that flows through the Ringwood Manor grounds .Please see my blog on Edward Ringwood Hewitt: http://www.bigbluegill.com/profiles/blogs/edward-ringwood-hewitt

You may appreciate this as an avid flyfisherman.

Hey John, nice fish!! Are those wild or stocked fish? Trout season closed here March 31. Which means the lake they were stocked in you don't need a licence.

This has a lot of brookie to it but I'm sure it's a hybrid variation .A Tiger Trout (Brook/Brown)and the prettiest I've ever caught or seen!
