Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Unfortunately when you target fish deep, some will get throat hooked like this one did.....I was hoping it could revive in the live well but no joy.....most that I kept were in the seven to eight inch class.......

Thanks John, citation is 6" but based on the Albemarle I would like to see it increased to at 8.......

Thanks Mikey, being in Virginia you probably see Fliers and they can be pests when crappie fishing, but when they are in this class I don’t mind…….
