The big 15 inch Black Crappie....
I enjoy pleasant surprises when fishing soft plastics shallow like this 15 inch Slab Crappie that was snagged on a jig/cricket combination....

Thanks Jacob....all I saw when I set the hook was that big mouth on the surface....anxious moment but I never got that hole shot that the big bluegill provides you.......I don't chase Crappie this time of year but you'll get bit from time to time........
