Sunrise on the Sound.....Outer Bands are Coming in!
Quiet earlier but conditions continue to worsen as the weekend passes....Some projections call for 3 to 5 feet of storm surge on the Albemarle Sound in North Carolina and that will be bad for many little towns and communities that border this waterway.....
