Understand....it may have been the 77 degree air temperatures and 50 degree water...it was just uncommon to me down here.....

That's interesting Jeffrey. Nice coppernose! I've never noticed a fish seeming colder than the water when ice fishing, but I've never really felt them to be warmer either

I don't ice fish being in the south but today's fish were coming out of the water very cold when you held them....seemed colder than even the water....just curious if it's that noticeable when you catch a fish under ice? Thanks
