Nice Brad!

I meant to mention that I'd likely get the smaller S-13 (see below) if I bought another Sportspal. Why? 57 pounds, so 10 lbs lighter than the S-15 and only 13'2" in length making it super easy to car top or carry in the bed of most trucks. In contrast, my Jackson Big Rig is about the same width and length but weighs just under 100 lbs. with its seat installed. Two things I have learned about my fishing preferences as regards vessels: 1) I want it to be light where a trailer and cart are not really required; 2) I like to be able to stand and fish the majority of the time. A third I should add is if one "motors up," it is always nice to have a second source of power (paddle) to get home.  Brad

Very nice! Practical, too.

I use kayaks, too, and own two of them, but my first love is my Meyers Sportspal S-15. It has a square stern and I occasionally mount a TM to it. It will also take up to a 5HP outboard. 705 lbs. capacity so can be used with multiple people but I never exceed two large men and one small child. It weighs 67 lbs. It is the most stable platform from the kayak/canoe realm imaginable. I stand and paddle from my home all the way to the marina and back. Anyway, as in John's "Steve" boat and others, I just love the simplicity of these sorts of fishing platforms.  Brad

I found that Frabill net hoop and Steve had a PVC handle he put on it .We were actually trying without success to catch Muskie and Walleye. The net is is 20" deep !Nice Find !Jeff Soto the net is perfect size for the Lunker Gills you catch!Lol!

Wow, you have big pan fish in that lake, ha!

Looks like my old boat that I traded for a new Fish Cat float tube.  Nice little boat.  All you need for a small lake.  The net is kind of overkill for panfish though..Ha ha!
