Allen...there is a slight algae bloom that gets blown from one end of the pond to the other and was stacked up right where we were fishing. It was in the shade, so we stayed there for comfort on this 95 degree day.

One question, though. The water right at the shoreline seems to have an algae bloom going on. Is that blue-green algae?
