Do you love big bluegill?
After reading an article in an older fishing magazine about carving your own baits for Bluegill, I decided to try it. This tiny baby bass really gets slammed by all kinds of fish. In fact, this is about the 5th one I've made because the fish tear it apart! (I'm not sure, but I may have posted this pic before)

C'mon Jeff!
very nice and a great paint job I didn't need to read the comment to tell it was baby bass. what kind of wood do you like to use? what do you use for a topcoat?
hey jeff thats looks real good buddy; how about sending me a couple; just to try out; hahaha
Cool little bait Jeff...definitely could see the gills abusing it!
I remember you posting this in the past, Jeff.
And my vote is also in for a tutorial. I'd like to get some idea of the method of use and the hardware used in contruction. I've carved a few "flatfish" clones, so this is right up my alley.
thats really cool, you gotta do a tutorial, or is there a link to one somewhere?
Looks great. Hope tutorial is also comming
Looks like the Yo-Zuri Snap Bean a little bit. Excellent! Tutorial coming?
Man what a great looking little lure.......Don't recall ever seeing this pic before Jeff but you should make em in all kinds of colors !!!!!!!!!!!!!
