Do you love big bluegill?

Anyone recognize this design? I have no idea of the Maker . Got a bag of these worms with Crazy appendages at an Outdoor Expo Years ago and stored them away and forgot about them . Always looking to try a different Lure the local Fish don't usually see .I caught my first( a small Bass) on this .I like the double tail and 10 wiggling appendages that move expressively through the water . I'm gonna throw this more this Year and test it out .I've nicknamed it the 'Crazy Worm'.

I called it a salamander earlier but on a closer look…it doesn’t have the distinctive lizard head……looks like a good creature bait….
