Yeah, the Silver Lake model, just not as big as I would like.Caught a couple of bigger ones earlier that same day, but let them go due to a storm and went back out later the same day and caught these. Not as big but still tasty the sunnies have spawned so late this year I have been off on them all year.May try Geneva tomorrow,Bill your a brave man,to go out to either one of those lakes this weekend.i just can't get myself to go all the way out to delavan to get swamped out by rude boaters and rude lauchers. My boat is about the same as the one you guys fish in but I find less traffic in Geneva and the potential so much greater there. Plus it's just a little closer for me on a budget.Don't get out there nearly as much as I want so I try to pick my times accordingly thanks for the tip on the spawn on the gills MUCH appreciated Hopefully I do 1/4 as well as you do.Percjh and gills would be a great fry this week for the 4th. My girlfriends favorites, hopefully I can get her into some bigger fish. She expressed that she would like to catch some bigger ones she loves it when she can add to a fry.

I have a question do I need a trailer plate for my boat coming from Wi to the Chain? I have thought about fishing often over the last few years, but was unsure what i needed to do to be legal.I know that you need a plate on your trailer to be legal in ILL, but dont know about out of state fishermen.I guess i would need Wi to issue me a plate if true. Whats a good lake to fish on the Chain.Would also like to make a trip to Blarney's one time to say I've been there looks like a good time, probably have to get a room for the night though.Or sleep on the boat, anchored for the night. Not a bad thing in the summer.
