Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

This is a tasty recipe but remember it generates alot of smoke so I prefer to throw my cast iron skillet on my grill........The filets are fork tender and mouth watering.......

Love it!  My kids actually like it when I blacken catfish, instead of frying it.  Of course, I have to tone it down a bit for them :)

It's a nice change up for someone like me that enjoys fish several times a week in most cases.......
