Do you love big bluegill?

My wife's first master angler and it was a bluegill from public Nebraska water!

LOL! Obi-wan Kenobi..Obi-wan Gill-abi. Too many Starwar movies, animation, and stories stuck in my head.

Thank you Leo.  But who is Obiwan "Gillabi"?

Two beautiful ladies in the photo. Looks like the new master angler will be dwarfing you back to intermediate status if you don't hone your skills to Obiwan Gillabi status soon.

Great fish Shauna, and congrats on the master angler status!

Looks like a female to me also.

Who can blame her, Josh?
For all my messing with artificials, and now flies....
I still like to see a float signaling to me. I was watching one today, in fact.

A simple nightcrawler under a bobber. I've tried to get her to use lures, but she just loves watching a bobber get pulled under.

10+" is a big gill anywhere. Congrats to the wife.
How did she catch it - a wink and that pretty smile?
