Yes David, I have a bad habit whether going to get a gallon of milk or a breakfast biscuit like this morning.....I always take a detour on Water Street checking water level and clarity.......... I know if I worked in town I would take my lunch break at one of the five parks on the river banks. Of course my rod n' reel and camera would never come out......

Didn't go fishing today because of the impending winter storm......Mainly wind and rain in my neck of the woods but I drove down to the harbor and like I figured, the boat launch was empty and nobody was fishing from the piers either....60s and 70s by mid week so I'm happy about that.....our water temperatures will creep toward 60 degrees and fishing will continue to pick up!
