Thanks Tinknocker I knew there had to be a story behind it. It is a good looking fly and can see why it catches fish.

when i  tied the first one  it reminded me of a muskrat so i called it "muskrat"

Yea I remember the fly good looking for sure may I ask how it got the name Muckrat.

Dick the fly is the one i have a pic of here called the "muskrat"  its been working very well the last few days

Nice tiger stripes on your gill and can't quit make out your fly.
