How bout this my friend John you can send them down here and i can cook em' up for you and try not to eat them all and send you a piece back since i cant catch none. lol. I usually fry them hard on a medium temp to rid of any mud line taste. Love the taste of bullheads enjoy them John.

With my cats John i usually keep it simple. Fillet them out and dip them in egg and corn meal and fry em up. How did you cook yours?

Oh and they both hit chicken gizzards and hit but dropped my steadfast hotdog offering. They weren't caught on chicken livers or cheesebait either. I only fished this spot three times this year so they cant be wise to me. In this colder water I might be offering baits that are too big.I use a #1 Eagle Claw single baitholder hook...my buddy used a smaller hook but didnt catch.Next time I keep my catch I may start using the trebles
