Makes sense Derrick. I caught some big girls in 18 inches of water a few years back on March 8 and 9 during a very warm 70 degree spell.

The fish above was an estimated 8 pounds at 23.5 inches

We believe that Lindas bass was an easy 6 at 22.5 inches. Both caught on #4 silver Mepps Aglias in 18 to 24 inches of water.

The "Fishers of Men" tourney was today on the Pasquotank River here in Elizabeth City......some big bags weighed in this afternoon...they had a great day!

Maybe, but it wont get below 50 tonight. then will go up about noon. So a slow worm is probably what the ticket is going to be.
