Do you love big bluegill?
Lake Perris Crappie
Once in a while, while fly fishing for Bluegill, I inadvertently catch a Crappie. This is the biggest one I've caught so far.

Excellent fish Bob. Starting to see them all around the lake - might be a sleeper Crappie spot, soon.

I'd love to stay out in a boat or float tube until after dark. But at this lake, the patrol gets everyone off well before sunset. How late Bob are you out there?

Thanks guys. Wish I could figure out how to target them. Like Jeff said they don't seem to school up in this lake.
