There are a lot of big, trophy class, fish being caught right now - and unfortunately, kept. Heard the area Bob caught his trophy is being mercilessly pounded on the beds. Fortunately there are more areas that these people don't know about. It's not everyday that you can watch 11" and maybe 12" CNBG spawn.

The fall fishing, on this public lake, will probably be better. Maybe time for a west coast rendezvous…..

It's crazy Jeff. Hadn't fished the east end for a long time, since Big Jim quit fishing. Looks like I should have been going back there more often.

Seen more than 40 CNBGs in the 11" range for this season also...… Hard to leave this to go fish the dam.
