Thanks Carl! And I will shake your hand thru the internet! I appreciate that comment! I also appreciate all fish & wildlife. They are all very special. I do enjoy a fried Bluegills now and then, but would never kill a large one unless it was badly hooked and going to die anyway.
JEFF !!! TREMENDOUSLY GLAD YO UWOULD RATHER RELEASE THOSE TYPES OF FISH ! THTA SHOWS;; TRUE SPORTSMANSHIP !!!!!!! ISNT ;; AFTER ALL;;; THE REAL TROPHY;; IS IN-- MEMORIES ?? AND PICTURES ?? WISH I COULD SHAKE YOUR HAND RIGHT NOW !!!!!
Carl- I wouldn't mount a 10.5 inch fish from this lake. It would need to be over 12 inches, and knowing the way I am with fish, I would no doubt just take some good photos and then release the fish back into the lake.
Congrats again on a fine catch.
Slip think it takes ~ 3 to 4 years
Very Nice!
Nice fish there Jeff!... how old is a 10" B.Gill in California?
JEFF;; IM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOUR MOUNT ! ITS A WHOPPER BY ANY MEANS !!
No worries Jeff. Great morning on the pond. Looks like big fish season is kicking in......
Fun indeed. Great finds.
Great fish, Jeff!
