Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Still using the spoons as a search bait ,getting a few and following up with Jig /Worm and Floated Jig /Worm . Been very sparse at the lake from shore .In years past the places I 've fished i would catch loads not just a few .Cold April is making things tough !

I found that at 40 degrees schools of Perch with follow the leader behind the spoon  but by 50 degrees just a few show themselves  .Those low temp schools are harder to catch than the isolated few .
