Hi Jeff,

I used weight nymph from fly fishing and add a Gulp pink waxworm. I can cast it as far as 60 feet away on my 7 ft 6" ultalight rod and Trilene XL 4 lbs test line. This lure looked natural and taste Gulp to fool big 'gills! 1/64 oz plain jig with Gulp maggots is also good, too! Live bait is diffcult around here and too many smaller fish grab live bait before large bluegills get chance to get it!

Yes in Florida! Big bass is slow but good fishing for big 'gills! I got 2 over 10" and my son got one 10"! Private catch and release lake! Saw some nice gar and bowfin! I founf that weight flyfishing nymath with gulp maggot is great because live bait is diffcult for vacation and hot weather! My personal best so far is 10.625" and released!
