...corn as bait was family tradition fishing off the dock growing up as a kid... my Dad swore by it. i introduced my kids with float fishing also with the kernel... nowadays the g'kids are using it when opportunity permits. some dont like to hurt worms... lol
i very rarely take corn with me on my trips... i conveniently had some set aside for carp fishing later this week .. i decided to take it with me.
i was only a few minutes on the spot
