Nice fly box!  Good luck on the future fly rod purchase!

i have never tried the eagle claw graphite rods, their new glass rods are great.more forgiving to cast.i am getting much more distance on my casts as i can feel the rod load and the slower action helps me to time the forward cast much better.a better cast equals much more distance and accuracy.it took me awhile to learn to slow down and fee the rod load compared to the graphite which is a much faster action and more chaotic

eagle claw featherlite 3wt is about 30 bucks.cant find a flaw with it.my tfo rods have sat in the closet for 2 seasons.i have switched almost exclusively to glass fly rods.from gill rods to 7-8 wts for bass carp

Thanks. That's going to be my next purchase. Can't really see spending 400+ on a good fly reel/rod combo so probably keeping it on the >$200 side
