I think its a BG/ Green Sunfish hybrid. The fins were tipped with orange actually, really nice fish

That's a HUGE hybrid! I wonder what cross it is? The ones I catch have fins edged with yellow...haven't seen any edged with red like yours. That is a COOL picture!!

hahah I had to take a pic with the camera phone and send it to a buddy of mine. Hes a die hard bass fisherman and gives me grief about bluegill all the time. Couldnt phrase that anybetter.
