Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

My 1 year old nephew with his first fish. We were trying to get him a big bluegill, but we ended up with this slimy critter.

LOL. Just kidding jeffrey! I try to keep up a little good natured ribbing to any fish that's not a bluegill, redear, pumpkinseed, etc. :-) I honestly love all fish. It's just part of the fun of this site.

My brother's wife is Chinese, and she was observing her son (my nephew) catch his first fish.

She says: "You need new coat. You look like homeless".

The look on his face is priceless, nice job uncle Bruce. Bruce I think it might be time for a new jean jacket:]. Maybe you can ask Santa to bring you one.

Very Cool Bruce. See how much fun it is to take a kid fishing. Those of us in the Grandpa ranks get a second round. We took the parents, in my case both my daughters and now we take the grandkids. Its in our blood

:-)

Yeah, little Mason seemed to really enjoy fishing. He had so much adrenaline goin' that he crashed and slept all the way home.
