THATS the fish I've targeted with shiners, mostly in Florida. Ive used them here to no avail.

Lunker.....big shiners are awesome......one of my favorite fishing shows to watch is when Roland Martin and his son fish Okeechobee with balloons and big shiners....Cool stuff!

About a 6 inch shiner on a Billy-Bob in-line float is what these guys like to use.
