Tried my 20 acre lake this weekend for some gill.
Wow after an hour..I finally found them in 7 foot of water above some low weeds. One right after another for 3 hours until dark. 90 percent were huge like the ones I get in the summer.
I just bought a Marcum Ice Troller...best piece of equipment I have seen in years. It really works great!
I never dreamed ice fishing could be so fast ans furious. Hard to believe that a few broke my two pond test line.
