Some feather, bead chain eyes, and "Fun Fur" from Wal Mart.
Lead added to the shank to help get it down.
Dunno if it works, yet.

Could look like... anything, I guess.
Read a neat article on 'Midcurrent' yesterday about how fish perceive lures, flies, etc.
Makes this kind of raggedy looking job downright appealing.
