It's a VERY loose interpretation of a Gartside Sparrow.
The basic steps and materials are there:
Pheasant-bou tail
Dubbed body
Pheasant hackle collar
Pheasant after-plume head.
The hackle should have been longer, but it follows the pattern. The way you described it as a many element fly is exactly the way Jack Gartside designed it.
It'll catch fish.
