    Scruffy..... it's a horseshoe shaped pond........can't find a listing for it, but it's a good 8- 10 acres.

Coal river is about a hundred yards from it, so someone may have caught it in the Coal and moved it over there

Is the part of a larger BOW?
It looks kinda meager to be housing a 46# flattie....

Ken...... I need to get my yak in there and do some sounding.   Area behind me about 5-6 feet deep.

Couple of weeks ago a 46 lb flathead was pulled out of area behind my standing up rod.

It always nice when things work the way there suppose to. I can see how that float would work so well. It holds your offering up off the bottom, cast with ease and enters the water without scaring the fish and the fish pull it under effortlessly without resistance not scaring away the bite. Great looking float Keith.

   LOL Scruffy.

It worked great Keith.....thanx again.....I'm impressed

"Basslet" though skinny was actually 10 inches.

On a 1/64 plain lead jig with 1/2 in worm tipping.

Planning on many more (but bigger) Jim

How it work for you Steve-O? Looks it didn't scare all the fish away.
