Caught Seven Small Bass in Rough Conditions…..3/18/2023

We have lost our water in local creeks a dozen times in March which has been a set back for spawning fish….these males were roaming in four to five feet of water……

Nice bass Jeff I got to go a couple of days last week the bass I caught their tails were scraped up and bleeding like they had been fanning even the pickerel had some battle scars. It seems to me its a little early for the spawn water temp was 57deg.

Hey Bruce….our tannic water largemouth transition similar to our bluegill…..when the water is cold these bass get washed out…….you can see how dark the big bass from last May is….

Nice. The ones in PA have a visible lateral line and are a much darker green in color.
