Finally Got a Little Warm Up This Week.....3/30/2018

Caught some great tidal crappie late today up to 14.5"......kept a nice mess of 20 for the pan........Water temps up 16 degrees since last Sunday......not packed in yet on the Albemarle but moving back in........these fish were caught on shallow cypress.........

Thanks Friends..........enjoyed  a day at the oceanfront yesterday with my wife for our 31st anniversary...........hitting a different river system this afternoon as we are suppose to hit the mid 70s for air temps...........It gets exciting now that the calendar has reached April.........

Water temps were in the low 60s and the level was a bit high with the strong south winds........look for falling water tomorrow early as the cold front blows through tonight and the water will rise after lunch as the wind turns back to the southeast.......suppose to touch 70 again Sunday and Tuesday..........Full moon tomorrow night will bring some more spawners in as well...........These are those exciting times you wait for...........
