Good eye Leo! It's a common kitchen scale with a silverware tray riveted to it. Just hit tare to zero it out and I'm good to go. Funny you mentioned a postal scale Leo... One of the benefits of living in a small community is our one-person post office. They let me bring that scale in occasionally and compare weights with theirs to make sure it's still on!

They all know what I'm doing with it!

Mine is a green Postal Mail scale (support up to 25lbs) that I use to measure my paintball's CO2 tanks during refill, displays both gram/kg and oz/lb. His might be a kitchen version. Is it Tony?

Great fish Tony!!!!!! I use that stuff all the time and just cast em with a really small bobber on my ultra light spinning gear.

I'll share one of my favorite, best BG producing tips here... I'm planning a write-up on this, complete with gear and the techniques I use, but I'm not ready for that quite yet.

As Greg and Jim noticed, that black fuzzy thing is a wooly worm... a wet fly, or nymph, used typically in fly fishing. Only I'm not fly fishing, and this particular wooly worm has been modified to reflect that.

Get it right, and you can cast it with spinning gear, and still have it fall so slow through the water column that you have time to eat a sandwich before it hits bottom in 5' of water. It is killer on big Bluegills.

I'll have all the details soon,  I'm just having too much fun catching fish to take the time to put it together right now!
