Howard -nice haul! Lake Champlain? Spoke to a guy on the ice the other day and he says he boils Perch pieces and serves them cold with cocktail sauce .He boils the small Perch pieces just till they turn white and then puts them on ice .I gotta try that .First I gotta catch em like youre doing !Nice job pal!
