It is a really fun boat in small waters Dink.
looks pretty cool, and lots of fun
You are sooo...right Leo. That's what makes Big Bluegill fish so great. The smell of the land and fish are something you don't usually find out on the big water. Being up close is a true pleasure.
Steve, understand completely about being close to the water. I don't like using net to haul up a fish while on a boat. I always bend down to the water level. With the pontoon and float, I'm pretty much at the water, and simply reel the fish in between the feet rests. The best feeling is being dragged by monsters in the water for a nice long run before they tired out. Truly feel like I'm in the wild water adventure.
It is a neat little boat. Always enjoy going out in it. Float tubes and pontoons give you a feeling of being close the fish no other vessel will do. Fishing bigger bodies of water, I don't get this boat out much. This photo taken at Chester State Park in South Carolina. It is a 360 acre lake that the Park does not allow gasoline engines. Really quite and peaceful place to fish. Think I feel a little road trip coming up!
Nice looking rig Steve.....a great stringer of Coppernose Gills would look good hanging off the side....Cool looking water also!
