I'm thinking early ice in those 10' and closer to shore depths may still be holding those Pickerel ! Can't say for sure but would like to find out.

Glad to hear that your Pickerel scrapes are healing Greg ! You might need extenders on those needle nose pliers . I liked your electrical tape bandage !As for putting us on Fish ,I was surprised to find them away from the windward side but glad we decided we should head over there after failing for an hour and 45 minutes .
Thank you for catching the 1st fish and giving us confidence to stay in the area. .5 fish raised ain't bad for what I consider a tough lake .Let's ice fish it this year!

John thanks for putting us on fish yesterday. Had great fun as usual. The Pickerel were welcome action. The bleeding has stopped and the fingers are healing nicely.
