We were happy to reach a milestone of 1,500 gills for the month of June.......which is the ninth year in a row for that.........

Thanks Dick.......indeed Jim but 500 is very respectable as well.......For me it's nice to know the waters I fish have produced numbers and quality for such a long duration......we have gone almost 11 years since our last major weather related fish kill.......so if we can stay lucky in that regard a few more years......the sky is the limit......634 of those gills were at least 10" and we had 37 hit the 11 inch mark as well......Dan caught the biggest Coppernose this year and that really made his trip.....I haven't heard the end of it yet!

Thanks Tooty.......we had a great time.......Dan will start soon at the University of South Carolina and will be close enough to visit me at different times of the year......should be fun over the next couple of years.....
