Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Two awesome Bulls......an 11" toad in my right hand and a 10.25" chunk in my left.....I caught more than 40 fish on my new rod from Tooty including these gills...what a blast when the rod tip is down by the reel......

Thanks Dick.....these are my favorite fish to catch....we are starting to see a few Dark Knights but we are several weeks behind with sustained mild conditions.....But I'm not greedy so catching and releasing big gills like these makes any fishing trip a success regardless......

Treated these guys like they were at a bass weigh-in....several spectators taking their own pictures.....and we then released these brutes in the river behind me.......the quality fish made a miserable day a whole lot better!
