Do you love big bluegill?
Cody won't hold his catch yet....but he was happy with one of his nice Gills today....
Fun with the kids on Black Friday since I'm not much on the shopping chaos........

I don't do Black Friday. Went to a local pond for an hour this evening....3 gills and 2 bass, including a nice 16 incher on the 1/80th oz shrimp. Missed a bunch of fish...I gotta' get with it.

Spent the day in town with my wife. And, had a great time. The crowds weren't that bad, but we didn't get started until 8:30 this morning., most of the chaos was probably over by then.
I'd like to fish this weekend, but I'll probably concentrate of clearing brush instead..lots of good fishing time left this winter........
And I'll bet Cody is lipping those gills in no time!

Thanks guys.....hope you find what you're after David......I agree John....I just keep taking them and answering questions and keep them involved....We probably won't get in the 60s too many more times this calendar year so I got them out....

Went for an hour myself today Jeffrey.
Used three lures a commercial Marabou,a Squirrel tail hand tied jig on an Eagle Claw jighead and a Made in the U.S.A. (i'm proud to say)Acme K.O.Wobbler 1/4 oz. spoon.They caught small Crappie and Bass .
