Cast net caught Shrimp-Cinco De' Mayo down in the Low Country
Another great past time in the Low Country of South Carolina is Shrimping....The season is open and they're starting to move in....We caught our 12 dozen per man limit today....Fresh fried shrimp for dinner was awesome!

16-20 count but they'll get bigger as the season progresses......I actually prefer this size shrimp and they taste a lot better caught before the water gets real warm....

Roasted me some largies on the grill tonight. Marinated in garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt, they were skewered 6x and roasted over medium heat. My favorite way to eat, "dem skrimpses."

Nice!!! How big are they?
I just got a small propane-fired deep fryer. I could fry a WHOLE mess of shrimp with it. I could also do a big shrimp boil.
