Tough picture to run across when you're having a corn dog at work for lunch and John and Leo had to add the part about refreshments....LOL

Yeah,what Leo said! Make the wine less sweet though .A dry white like a Pinot Grigio or a Orvieto Classico  will do.

Thanks and give it a try guys...you might be pleasantly surprised......Fish is a "no" waste dish at my house because I love cold left over fish.....but no Buffalo Filets made it past last night.....a real favorite in my house......LOL

Bluegill....it's whats for dinner.....These are great......I got friends I didn't know I had when this meal takes place....LOL
