The crappies were thickly mixed in with the bluegills this hot, late spring morning!....beautiful dark spawning colors!

Thanks Greg!....Sorry not to get back to you earlier....I've been up to the Voyageur's Nat'l Park(fishing /camping) for 5 days so I've been away from the computer.....If I remember right, I caught this guy on a black "Bettes" popper...really a fish getter!
