One of my favorite ways to eat fish. I've never tried it with bluegill, but have had other fish this way. Salmon Patties, for example, are delicious and a Southern treat.Maryland style cakes, Jim?
Its also one of the few ways I've heard of carp being eaten. Yours look delicious.
