Do you love big bluegill?
2013_08-03_Tooty's vice and bugs
Merlin sent me a purple bag with the Traditional Jaw from Regal. I don't care which vice they try to sell me at the BPS or online. After fiddling around with this, I was amazed at the thoughts the vice jaw was put together:
1. Vice jaw has a hook detention indentation for small hooks. What a massive plus!
2. Vice jaw has a hook's retention pin for the larger hooks to prevent slippage from the vice's jaw's grip, if that's even possible. Massive plus!
3. The spring is freaking crazy! I bent a 4/0 hook with ease just to test out, and the spring won't event let the hook go. WOW!
4. Tooty's generous as usual with his bugs, as I keep half for myself and half for my father-in-laws. Thanks buddy!

Definitely John. Trying to renormalize the new normal. Never a dull moment in this life. Wife and kids have been bugging me to set up various rigs from flyfishing to bowfishing to break out of the isolation boredom, as well as from the stresses of isolation fevers. Getting all prepped in my womanly mancave for the past few weeks.
