the body is craft foam bought from walmart you just cut 3 pieces to shape glue two together and cut a slit in the middle one to slip in glue the two on the hook and glue the third piece on top paint how you want it and coat with epoxy you can also tie a tail in like i did but with out that it is a fly with no tying :)
