Looking forward to Mom's cooking but always some fresh whole gills from the Tchefuncte River and fresh shrimp from Lake Ponchartrain......

Like everything else Dick, I eat lots of good seafood throughout the year but all of these things are better when served fresh.....Big Gulf shrimp never frozen are so tender and tasty. I'm excited to get in to some of those along with a crawfish boil.......I hope I have time to fish some! LOL
