My son is calling these "liberal" flies, because they have bleeding hearts. I just laughed!
Your basic Super Cypert Minnow with red marabou quills added behind the eyes.
I left the tail a bit longish (hook shank length); it just looks good to me that way.

remember you can tie these on a jig also.i use the jig version on a beetle spin type spinner .i makes i nice mini spinnerbait and is some what weedless.i am gonna tie some later today.gonna put that red on em too.love that gill flare blood effect david.
