I do guide free of charge becaise its such a charge to put people on big gill. Plan on a huge fish fry with taters & lots of onions. Mabe a "rita" or two.

Name is Greg, or hey you, not mister!!!!!! It would be the south one!!!!!!! Caught lots of gill, north one looks just like it but had hybrids!!!!!! Lot more fish in the south one!!!!!! Afraid it was low, was there last year but had had a lot of rain right before I went!!!! Do you guide, hoping for a fall trip there!!!!!

Mr McWilliams, the water levels are way down. One of my favorite pits has nearly dried up but the snakes are huge and really abundant this year.

Unlike area "51" this is accessable to the publik. No guards here! Actually some of the pits are quite deep while others are not so deep and the less deeper ones are the better gill spots.

The very north one or the south one? North has hybrids and south has more bluegill.

West Mineral, Ks. !!!! MINED LANDS OF KANSAS!!!!!! Have get my map out!!!!!!! My largest BLUEGILL was caught in the strip mines!!!!!!!! How is the WATER LEVELS there!!!!!!!
