Yes, the one in the replica box was made created by Cecil Baird, a very talented taxidermist. It sits on my desk at work.

I purchased that same replica blank from a supplier, it was listed as the 1947 world record. Description size was listed as 16 inches at 4 5/8 pounds.
I did some alterations to mine and it turned out like this................
