11/15/15 ,a dozen 5" or so Crappie at the submerged outlet pipe ,Rip Rap by the dam . Lowered lake conditions .Started with a turkey tail Jig tipped with a worm, but  soon abandoned the float rod  in favor of throwing a small Blue Fox spinner with white haired treble Caught the 1st fish then caught a few more with two small cranks with weight to get them singing slowly .Streaking and stopping became a pattern and saw several swipes and caught fish . Took off the float and used a smaller white Rabbit fur / white flashabou Jig ,worm tipped and streaked and let sink like I was doing with the cranks . Worked good and found the retrieve to stick with .Counting down from 5 to 10 seemed to be the zone .Fish hit between 2-3 pm and close to shore the shadow on the water from  the wall behind me was pulling the fish in closer . 2 cranks, 1 spinner a few light spoons and white Jig caught all the fish .
